A few details make a big difference. Send these when you report a problem:
- The game and the moment
Which game were you playing, and what happened just before the problem?
- The device and the message
Include your browser, phone or computer, and the exact error if there is one.
- Steps we can repeat
Describe the controls you used and whether the problem happens again. This form accepts text, so write out any error message.
Keep that browser’s site data until the issue is resolved. Your local checkpoints may still be waiting to sync.
Account and privacy requests
Select “Privacy or data request” or “Account or save” in the private ticket form above. Include only the information needed to describe your request. Never send your Discord or Skidabi password, browser cookies or login codes.
Account ownership may need to be verified for requests involving saved progress or data deletion. If you forgot your Skidabi password, reconnect Discord and open Password sign-in from your account menu to set a new one.
