Who is responsible for this site?

Skidabi is the operator of skidabi.com and is responsible for the account, gameplay and activity data described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, use our account and privacy contact channel. Create a private on-site ticket and choose “Privacy or data request”; you do not need email, Discord or an account.

What we use, and why

• Games and saves: progress, scores, rewards, skins, inventories and game actions support the features you request. Guest saves stay in your browser; account saves can be stored on our servers.
• Accounts: Discord user ID and profile information, a public player name, session records and, if you choose password sign-in, a private username and salted password hash. We do not receive your Discord password.
• Security and service operation: network information such as IP address, request timestamps, session information and error/security records can be processed to deliver the service, prevent abuse and protect accounts.
• Optional play statistics: with your permission, game visits, pseudonymous visitor IDs and active play time help us understand how the arcade is used. These are separate from public profiles and advertising.

Where applicable, our bases for processing are providing the service you request, consent for optional statistics and advertising uses, legitimate interests in security and service reliability, and legal obligations. Optional consent can be withdrawn without losing access to games.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential storage supports sign-in, security, guest multiplayer identity, game saves and settings you select. Optional play statistics stay off until you agree. Your privacy choice is remembered for up to six months. Read the cookie notice for the storage categories and durations.

Privacy choices lets you accept, reject or change optional statistics at any time. Refusing optional storage does not delete your progress. Clearing browser site data can remove guest saves and pending updates that have not reached your account.

Private support tickets

We store your ticket topic, subject, messages, status and timestamps to respond to support, content and privacy requests. Only the authorised support operator and anyone holding your private recovery code can access the conversation. The server stores a keyed hash of the code; the original code is not saved in your browser. Keep it private and safe.

A rotating keyed hash of your network address helps limit abuse; the ticket does not store the raw address. Ticket contents are kept while needed to resolve the request and handle related disputes or legal obligations. The operator reviews requests for access, correction and deletion. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information. Account ownership checks may be needed before acting on a request.

Friends, parties and chat

Your public player name and ID are used for friends, parties, matchmaking and leaderboards. Guests use a signed identity cookie for these requested features. Friend requests, blocks, party memberships and invitations are stored on the server.

Chat is available to connected accounts at level 15 or higher. Messages are filtered for offensive language. Messages expire after 24 hours and are excluded from chat and moderation views; cleanup removes expired content. Social activity records are kept for up to 30 days and do not contain message text. The protected moderation panel can review active chats and reports, remove messages, mute accounts and close parties.

Google AdSense and advertising

If Google ads are enabled, Google and participating third-party advertising providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads based on visits to this site and other sites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to show personalised ads.

A Google-certified European regulations message is configured for this site. Where it is shown, it provides consent, do not consent and manage options, with participating advertising partners and purposes. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, consent is requested for advertising storage and personalisation where required. You can revisit and withdraw these choices through the control below. Consent to Skidabi’s optional play statistics is not consent to personalised ads.

Google advertising choices

Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, read Google’s privacy policy, and manage personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center. Other advertising providers may offer their own opt-outs; participating providers must be identified in the advertising choices when ads are enabled.

Providers, sharing and international processing

Cloudflare provides hosting, network delivery, security and storage infrastructure. Discord provides the initial account connection and recovery route. Opening our community Discord takes you to that separate service. Google’s advertising role is explained above.

Public profiles, leaderboard entries and messages you share are visible to the relevant players. We may disclose information to providers needed to operate the service, to meet applicable legal requirements, or to investigate abuse and protect users. Provider infrastructure may process data outside your country. Where data protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must apply; contact us for information about your data.

How long information stays

Browser saves remain until you or your browser remove them. Authentication, guest identity, analytics and privacy-choice cookies have separate expiry periods listed in our cookie notice. Expiring a cookie does not by itself erase existing server records.

Account and gameplay records are kept while needed to provide your account, progress and requested features. Activity records are kept while needed to understand and improve the service. Retention also considers account status, deletion requests, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Chat and social-log limits are described above. Ask the team about access or deletion rather than clearing local data if a cloud save is still pending.

Your choices and rights

You can play without connecting an account and can withdraw optional statistics consent through Privacy choices. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not invalidate processing already carried out with consent or automatically delete existing records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. UK users can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office; other users can contact their relevant local authority.

Use our privacy contact channel for requests. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, session cookies or login codes. Clearing browser storage does not delete a server-side account.

Young players

If you are too young to make privacy choices yourself under the rules where you live, ask a parent or guardian for help before enabling optional statistics or connecting an account. Discord also has its own age and account requirements. Parents or guardians can contact the team about a child’s information, including requests to remove information submitted without required permission.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when data uses or site features change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes to optional purposes require fresh choices before those uses begin.
