Using Skidabi

These terms apply to your use of skidabi.com, operated by Skidabi. Use the site lawfully and follow the rules shown for individual games and social features. If you cannot agree to these terms, do not use the service. Where you need a parent or guardian’s permission under applicable law, obtain that permission first.

Privacy and cookie choices are described separately in our privacy notice and cookie notice. Agreeing to these terms does not mean agreeing to optional statistics or personalised advertising.

Your account and progress

You can begin as a guest. Guest progress depends on that browser’s storage and may be lost if it is cleared. Connecting Discord allows account saves and an optional password sign-in using the same account. Keep your credentials private and tell the team if you suspect unauthorised access.

Keep pending saves on your device until they have synced. We work to preserve progress, but interruptions, incompatible devices or damaged local storage can affect saves. Contact the team if progress appears wrong; do not share passwords or session cookies.

Play fairly and respect others

• Do not harass, threaten or share another person’s private information.
• Do not upload or distribute illegal content, malware or deceptive links through social features.
• Do not exploit vulnerabilities, forge scores or rewards, automate competitive play, or interfere with other players or the service.
• Do not impersonate another player or attempt to access accounts or protected tools without permission.

We may remove content, correct invalid rewards, restrict social features or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security problems or breaches of these rules. If you think a decision was mistaken, contact the team for review.

Game coins, skins and rewards

Skidabi Gold, in-game currencies, training credits, skins and other virtual rewards are gameplay features. They are not money, investments or a promise of cash value, and are not redeemable for cash through Skidabi. Individual games may use separate resources and progression rules.

Balancing, bug fixes and events may change how rewards work. We may correct rewards obtained through a bug or exploit. Any future real-money offer must show its own price and applicable purchase terms before a payment is made.

Game content and your contributions

Games, code, artwork and other site materials are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their owners. You may use the site for its intended gameplay and share links and ordinary gameplay screenshots or clips. These terms do not transfer ownership of the games or grant permission to redistribute the site’s code or assets.

You remain responsible for messages and other content you submit. Only share material you have the right to share. We use submitted content as needed to operate the relevant feature and moderate abuse; you retain any rights you already have in it. External services such as Discord and Google have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability, changes and your rights

We aim to keep the arcade available and enjoyable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. Features may change for maintenance, security, gameplay balancing or legal reasons. We will update these terms when necessary and show the revision date above.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Your mandatory consumer and data protection rights continue to apply.
